The NHS reaps the benefits of tapping competent and experienced people from all over the world, while migrant workers gain helpful education and experience. Benefits flow both ways for the NHS case. Furthermore, selecting diverse people enhances creativity. Google is known for its diversity management in hiring and selecting people.
